We are so blessed to have such great friends and family. We have already been given or loaned 4 cribs and lots
of clothes and toys. In addition, there are a total of 3 showers planned. The first one was held on 8/27
at JJ's parents house, and was given by Betty Farrell (JJ's mom), Nicole Farrell (JJ's sister-in-law), and Donna Stauffacher
(JJ's aunt). We received a bunch of diapers, wipes, clothes, bibs, and blankets (including 4 hand-maid and 4 Miracle
Blankets)! We also received lots of gift cards to help us in buying strollers and car seats! Thank you so much!
Here is Graysen holding the "cake" from the shower. It was made out of diapers and was "iced" with pacifiers, spoons,
and bows.
The next shower is 9/10 at Amy Brown's house in Raleigh. That shower is to be given by our friends Jenny Garry,
Amy Brown, and Brandy Martin (also our future neighbor).
The third shower is 9/17 in Elizabeth City. This shower is being given by Joyce Markham.
